Arm Anti-Rotation Shoulder Support - Omarthrose

Medi s Omomed® shoulder support limits shoulder and arm movement and is individually adjustable with two different buckle positions. This allows the shoulder support to be optimally adapted to the user s needs.

Thanks to its design with soft knitted fabric, the compression support is suitable for wearing under clothing . Smart guidance avoids constriction by the straps in the armpit and chest areas. This increases wearing comfort in everyday wear under clothing.

The Omomed® shoulder support can be used for all indications, in which the direction of movement of the shoulder has to be restricted, fixed or changed. This is the case, among other things, for conservative therapy of the following indications:
- Frontal shoulder dislocation (anterior shoulder dislocation).
- Chronic anterior dislocation of the shoulder.
- Wear and tear of the shoulder joint (arthrosis of the shoulder).

The shoulder support is also used after operations to stabilize the shoulder. The compressive knit fabric of the Omomed® Shoulder Support helps reduce swelling and relieve muscle tension. The strap system limits shoulder movement and promotes joint regeneration. The shoulder support with its compressive knit fabric also helps to improve the body s proprioception, which in turn promotes the body s own joint orientation and stabilization.

In addition to the individual adjustment of the Omomed® shoulder support and the intelligent positioning of the strap, the Clima Comfort technology* also ensures a pleasant wearing sensation. The modern combination of fibers quickly removes moisture from the skin s surface and ensures high breathability. This means that the shoulder support can even be used during physical activities.
