Orthosis Elbow Joint Arm/Forearm and Palmar Splint
245.47 €
Characteristics:
- Modular orthosis consisting of a splint for the humerus and forearm, elbow joint with flexion-extension adjustment system and palmar splint, blocking and guide for dimensional definition, adjustment straps and closure system with a micro hook that can be cut to the desired length and that fit the 1 mm polyethylene separators which in turn are attached to a plastazote padded strip on the inside.
Effects:
- Immobilization of the elbow in a certain position.
- Greater stability in the fracture ie the central region of the invoice is evenly covered, this is especially important when the fracture is very close to the joint.
Mobility Control:
- By means of the elbow joint with a flexion-extension regulation system, we can limit their mobility as desired.
- There is also greater protection in the fracture zone from external impacts, rotational movements or other undesired physical forces.
- Monocentric joint with the possibility of adjusting the flexion-extension from 0° to 90° in 30° intervals, as well as a total lock.
Indications:
- Distal fractures of the humerus either by direct or indirect trauma, pathological fractures, surgical treatment of fractures.
- As a treatment for injuries associated with the elbow joint.
- As a hand support in situations where the fracture is associated with paralysis or another.
Measurements to be determined: Perimeter in the armpit area (A), in the bicep area (B), forearm (C) and wrist (D).
Available sizes:
XS (A-25, B-22, C-22, D-19).
S (A-27, B-24, C-24, D-21).
M (A-30, B-27, C-27, D-24).
L (A-32, B-29, C-29, D-26).
XL (A-34, B-31, C-29, D-26.
