The VELPEAU Shoulder Immobilizer Bracket by Orliman is made from a single piece of harness-like mesh-like POROMAX fabric, with an anatomically designed shoulder pad to attach to the shoulder.
The front part it consists of a flap that hugs the forearm. The back part consists of two bands, one of which has a cavity to house the elbow of the arm and an extended part at the end with a microhook closure. At the other end, two bands are born, one of which embraces the opposite side, passing under the armpit, and at its end has a micro hook for fixation. The other band goes over the opposite shoulder, acting as a relief strap, with a micro-hook system at its end for fastening it, these elements are joined through an adjustment belt in the front area. Since it is ambidextrous, it can be used both in fractures of the left and right upper limbs. Both inner sides are padded with foam and lined with velvet. Each element of the orthosis is distinguished by means of colors and stars to facilitate its placement.
