We will always defend your satisfaction through the conformity required in our products.
All products at Viver Melhor® have a 3-year warranty period for the final client and 6 months for professional use.
Conditions:
This period is considered from the date of the item's invoice and can only be exercised by presenting proof of purchase (invoice).
Liability:
Should the non-conformity occur and be covered by the guarantee, Viver Melhor® will repair or replace the item. All costs related to transport, labour and parts will be entirely covered by Viver Melhor®.
Total Satisfaction:
If the non-conformity occurs within 30 days of the invoice, it will be up to the customer's free choice to choose to replace the item or to rescind the purchase.
Exceptions:
Items that present defects caused by abnormal wear and tear, misuse, infiltration/humidity, stains due to the use of chemical product, abrasives, solvents or other alcohol/ammonia cleaning products, incorrect assembly, bad handling, negligence or accidents, as well as, the use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by entities external to Viver Melhor® are considered outside the warranty conditions.
How can I activate the Guarantee?
If you notice any anomaly in the product during the warranty period you should inform our Customer Support.
