The medi 4C flex is a hyperextension orthosis. The product is exclusively to be used as an orthotic adjustment of the lumbar / dorsal spine and only on intact skin.

Product features:
- Movable hip bar for more comfort in the posture sitting position.
- Available in 4 sizes with optional adjustment of the side bar length.
- Easy to use with the newly developed quick fastener.
- The width of the chest bars are adjustable.
- Also available as short version and ultra short version.

Intended use:
- medi 4C flex is an orthosis for relief from. lumbar spine/thoracic spine (limitation of movement in the sagittal and frontal planes).

All indications in which partial relief through correction of the dorso-lumbar spine is required, as well as limitation of movement in the sagittal and frontal plane, such as:
- Compression fractures of stable lumbar vertebrae of the thoracic spine and middle and lower lumbar spine.
- Temporary postoperative immobilization.
- Non-operative in inoperable or postoperative spinal tumors and metastases.
- Axial stabilization in cases of osteoporotic sintering of the thoracic and lumbar spine.

Contraindications:
- Unstable fractures of the dorsolumbar spine with or without neurological deficits.
